Ingredients
- ¾ cup fresh basil
- ¼ cup pine nuts or walnuts (or combination)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients but oil in mini food processor and blend well.
- Gradually add oil while mixing.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
Notes
Always use fresh basil. I love growing mine in the garden but of course this time of year you can grow it indoors. Make sure the basil plants are placed in a spot which gives lots of sunlight during the winter months.
