ALL-NATURAL CARAMEL SAUCE

There aren’t many people who don’t love the taste of caramel sauce, but it’s full of processed sugar and other ingredients you don’t want to consume.  This recipe is so easy … it can be whipped up in a pinch and there are so many ways to enjoy it.  I love this sauce on pancakes, waffles, baked apples, ice cream and it makes the perfect dip for a fruit platter!  So yummy no one will guess it’s made with all-natural ingredients!

Chop dates and place in bowl.  Pour boiling water over them and let sit for 30 seconds.

Drain completely and transfer to mini food processor or blender.

Add rest of ingredients and blend well.
