SMOKEY BAKED POTATO WEDGES

This side dish is perfect with any grilled lunch or dinner. Great with a burger or hot dog. Wash potatoes and dry well.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, then into 1/4 “ wedges.
Place wedges in bowl and add oil and all spices. Gently toss to coat wedges with oil and spices.
Organize wedges on lined cookie sheet so they do not overlap. Bake for 25 minutes.
Flip and bake for another 15 minutes.

Ingredients

2 medium size Yukon Gold potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F.  Wash potatoes and dry well. Cut potatoes in half, then into 1/4 “ wedges. Place wedges in bowl and add oil and all spices. Gently toss to coat wedges with oil and spices. Organize wedges on lined cookie sheet so they do not overlap. Bake for 25 minutes. Flip and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve immediately


Notes

These potatoes are best when served immediately.
