What are the benefits of these key ingredients?

Spinach or kale, bananas and mangos:  Provide lots of fibre, antioxidants and vitamin C to boost our immune system.

Ginger:  Has been scientifically proven to soothe cough, sore throat and can help with viral and bacterial infections.

Turmeric:  Research has shown that turmeric is a potent antibacterial, antiviral, antioxidant, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory.

Lemon:  Another great source of vitamin C and will reduce phlegm.

Blend until smooth and drink immediately.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup spinach or kale, packed
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1” knob ginger
  • 1 knob turmeric, peeled
  • ½ juice of organic lemon
  • 1 ½ cups plant-based milk

 


Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth and drink immediately.
